It looks like him if you squint, I think...-edit- Left cheek looks odd, I know... I think it's because in the ref pic he was leaning on his cloth-covered arm, and I wasn't sure how to draw that. So craptasticness ensused. Enjoy.

Complete. All in all i am pleased, although this isn't a thing like i had imagined. I am mostly happy because i found out some neat tricks (that i would have implemented earlier had i known) like using basic tools like 'opacity' along with layer transparency. This was definitely worth the 9 hours. :)

safety first (still working on it now though)edit: ooooo my computer is trippin' out and i'd rather be safe than sorry. edit:more safety edit: WHOOPEEEEEE!!! i'm finished!!! i thought i had lost my drawing *relieved.* i wanted to practice perspective, male anatomy, and shadow and light...it looks alright! yes, i'm quite happy with this. i think the blur kinda got lost while coloring the background...oh well. ^-^ rosalyn:: no!!! dont wake him up!!!!!! added shadow like method3 suggested. better? |
