I agree with you Kloxboy. I think this is an ok start. However.....I puzzles me why so many things are posted unfinished when it can be Hidden and comments like that wouldn't be an issue.

Hmm... I don't think purple and red go together. Version 1 and 2 looked promising, it had the feel of a 30's fashion drawing. Too bad this is the endresult. |

juno has an amazing understanding of bone structure, muscle tone and the contours in a human face...when you zoom out on this picture you see how the different square shades really make the structure alive. quite genius imo.i think before you could replicate something like this (not copy) you'd really have to dive into anatomy. |

despite the contrast, seems kinda flat to me. but its impressive in terms of the perspective.did you use the straight on ref and change the angle yourself?

I think that's why I don't like the high contrast, it has a flattening, 2D-graphic effect. And yeah.
