Gosh, I had no idea this took 2nd place! That shows ya how long I've been away.....again =( Hard to draw when you've got a sick child needing you every waking, and sleeping, hour of the day! Course then we ended up taking him to the hospital where we spent all day yesterday watching the drip, drip, drip of the IV pumping fluids in! All is well now tho.....thanks for the 2nd place!! Whooo hooo!

Hello chums and seahags, tis' a glorious monday morning and I feel like being like totally original and in no way copying anything thats been done millions of times by doing a PICTURE THREAD!!! WOOOOOOH!!! Now since its so original I bet you dont know how it works, get a picture of youreself, post it, and list your worst characteristics for comedic relief. I think this is the most realistic drawing/painting I have ever seen. The skin is amazing.

KGH: You need to see more art then. This is a good piece but it's not superior or even that interesting, imo. This is more of a reflection of another artists perspective (the original photographer), opposed to being a true, unique connection with the subject matter. The girl who painted this piece was more of a "spectator" than an artist, at least from what I knew about her. Some people think they can just dabble in anything, come and go as they please but in the end, they'll never truly gain anything from the expereince. True expression takes dedication, understanding and sacrifice, I don't see any of those qualities here.

ahhhhhhhhhh! i hate when i get so many yellow. so they sit on my desk for a week until i dont have any candy on hand and decide yellow starburst are better than no starburst and eat them up!i had some razzles once but they weren't my favorite. i remember having an obsession with Nerds and Smarties tho.
