It reminds me of a flesh eating disease called Buruli Ulcer. It is not caused by a virus but by a bacterium. It is really horrible, there is a website with pictures of it: http://asylumeclectica.com/malady/archives/buruli.htm (the pictures are very disturbing)

I can't tell whether he/she's on a rampage or just playing around, but I can definitely tell that this pic has amazing textures to it. I think it has a lot to do with how you color your works. Nice touches with defining some of the muscular structure on the body and legs :). I'm loving the movement in this one for sure.

Hmm, I think these black and white representations are really your thing Lori :) (besides your awesome cartoons of course :P). You have very simple blocks of shades on it, yet it looks as if it's still a complex figure.
