Contest Week 26: Medieval Ancestors Your goal this week is to illustrate what you think your medieval ancestor would look like. welcome to your new addiction..lol...it happens to all of us. nice draw, but try not to take it personally if they move it to the beginner board. They're usually pretty 'particular' when it comes to what can be here. but, I think it's a nice first draw.

Welcome, I think you'll like it here (try to leave, just try)This is a nice first piece, believe me there are some who start in the advanced that shouldn't even be in inter yet. Just practice on the begginers to get feel for the tools and you'll be back here quick. I did that to my hair once with a crimper, took a picture too. |

I suppose most of their days off are like this... >X3 Maybe. Going out for some sea-salt ice cream. Mmm... What more can you ask for? XDChibis are fun to draw... it's easier. XP Except I'm bad a spikey-gelled hair. So... this is my version of Zack/Zax and Cloud. ^_^ (And of course, Seph is acting all cool...) --- My computer is stupid... Had to ink it again because my computer is a tard... :B
=_=; I can't colour right now... will finish later.
^_^ Finished. Okay, okay, so it isn't the best thing ever. But I like it. XD
Plus, I've pretty much messed up my computer two hundred times already. >_<;

Wow. I hate the BGOkay i'm better at drawing Oekaki but Lauxscetch does better backgrounds. Oh well. How you like?

crits: the body is very squat, and the head is a bit wide; unless thats how you wanted it to looks, then yeah w/ethe background is interesting i like how it kinda has a hot burning...-ness to it

This is Serenity and she has the power to summon her trusted friend, Kakashi, a massive black wolf, he aids her. She also has the power to fly. In one of my Manga comics, she rips her wing and cannot fly, so Kakashi has to carry her to rescue her friend.

When I was a kid and a teen, too,I bought these art books called "Walter Foster Art books",which were inexpensive,and were very good at teaching someone to draw.They had all kinds of subjects, horses, people, anatomy, objects, still lives, scenery,even perspective. They even had one on pin up girls,and how to draw them. If they still make those,they were wonderfully helpful to me.I just studied them by myself,and they give full step by step instructions. Very good books. If you want to try and find them, usually in art supply stores,you might like them.
