TRIP
(May 8, 2005)
Oooooow. The compression is absolutley horrible. Here's a link to a non-crappy compressed version; http://blueskywolf.com/2005/ThalatOe.jpg Yeah, I play this game too :/
TRIP (May 8, 2005)
as much as I like Lascaux, it doesnt have the same paint quality as Shi-painter. It's a picky process thing, thats all ;| but thanks for the explanations. I thought I was going looney when I was the only one that seemed to notice.And I agree with the background. I should have but was about to pass out and wanted to sleep :/ I'll keep that in mind next time, I see it now >.>

p3ndragon (May 14, 2005)
TRIP, you're awesome dude.Except I've had problems with saving JPEG in Photoshop CS. Even at max quality, they turn out looking horrible. Meh. Either way, great draw. Maybe the BG could've been a darker shade of greyish stuff? I dunno. Looks great anyway.
sincity (May 14, 2005)
I thought I commented on this. OOPS Sorry. I like this, The only thing I don't quite agree with is the hands. know they are close to the screen and all, and so out of focus, but still they seem like they blend to much and they should be more distinguished. If I used the right word. Over all I like the piece though. :} I dig your work trip. :} |

This is just a seedling of a giant tree. At full size they can be used to support entire towns of tree dwelling peoples.

This is my first drawing here. I really don't know how I came up with this image either. I just went with the flow.

Welcome to 2Draw!Your pic is lookin' ok so far. :P A couple of suggestions: Her arms are large and her body is small, so you might want to work around her proportions a bit. Definetly try out the Oekaki Shi-Painter! And when you are drawing lines, you can make them smoother by checking the Anti-Alias box in Lascaux or by using the pen tool in Oekaki Shi-Painter. And use layers! They should be pretty self explanatory. :P Keep it up. |

This is good.. Just a couple comments, if I may. :PUse the Anti-Alias button on Lascaux! It will make your lines look purdy. Or just use the Pen tool in Oekaki Shi-Painter! Also, try blending the hair colors a little bit, like blend the shines in so it doesn't look as awkward. Right. Keep it up, I'm sure you will become amazing very quickly! :P
KH44N (Aug 26, 2005)
HOLY CRAP! This is flippin amazing! The hair and eyes look awesome! Excellent work!

Kraisa (May 14, 2005)
I like the dodge and burn tools, and I think my coloring is nice. I just can't seem to get the shape of faces right.
sincity (May 14, 2005)
I believe you do fine at drawing people. :}
Anna (May 14, 2005)
I think I'd have to agree with Kenshin and pendragon. Dodge and Burn tools can be kinda useful for some things, if used properly. But I don't think skin tones is one of those things. In my honest opinion, it just gives skin an overall unnatural, burned, and disordered appearance.
featherstone (May 15, 2005)
I think this came out good Kraisa... :) |

Gaara from Naruto.Gourd on his back. Uhhh yeah his right arm looks long.. but it doesn't actually go down that far.. Part of it is the body, but I was too lazy to edit it to make it look better. >_>;;
p3ndragon (May 13, 2005)
Ahhh... I really should have changed that arm. >_<
The_Chosen (May 13, 2005)
A gourd filled with sand? Is that what you’re thinking of? ^_^ I like this picture. It is a nice perspective but I agree the arm is a tad too long.

I love the clean, realistic shine on the T.V. and the softness of the skin! :O
If this were not metaphorical and actual though, I might try to borrow on of the...Uh, nevermind. XD
And I thought my monitor was scratched at first, but it was the subtle circles/lines in it. Those add something neat to this, too.
Great job. :]
