the colouring is good, but theres bad proportion in some parts, and her chin should be under her nose. Also the hair should be the highest in the middle of the head.

....As many people have pointed out, this is not intermediate quality. The lineart is sloppy, the colours are blurred and the anatomy of her face could be improved.
I realise this is still unfinished, but you should work on this longer than 17 minutes before submiting or if you must submit it, then place it under "unfinished,hidden" until it IS intermdetiate quality.

Eekks! I can't beleive it took so long for me to draw this pic!! Umm... Well I tried to draw the Ariel from the Little Mermaid, but it doesn't really look like her at all... Anyways, I did't feel like coloring this so would anyone like to...?
