Very cool painting! I'm finding myself fascinated by blends, and yours here is terrific! Love the hair, and the details on the face are beautiful! Ummm....you get all the lion aminal cookies, a'cause his hair looks like a lion's.

should have done this before, but just to make sure nobody thinks this is a terrorist or that i am a terrorist sympathizer...this should put the painting into perspective a little bitthis is a quote, an excerpt from an essay by insurgent subcomandante marcos of the Zapatistas released in 94 "The oldest of the old in the Indigenous communities say that there once was a man named Zapata who rose up with his people and sang out, "Land and Freedom!" These old campesinos say that Zapata didn't die, that he must return. These old campesinos also say that the wind and the rain and the sun tell the campesinos when to cultivate the land, when to plant and when to harvest. They say that hope is also planted and harvested. This picture makes me feel very uneasy. It's scary how it makes you feel like you are being threatened.I really like this picture and it's one picture that I think should have a place in the showcase. I may try something like this, to try and get the same effect.

How about a smoke cloud with highlights from those "concert lights" you see on stages.. you know..the red blue background overheads and a spotlight on the singer kinda thingy..

Very pretty picture Mister :) The choppy look is kinda nice really. I'm not sure who Monica Bellucci is but nonetheless she makes for a very nice picture.

I hate to admit it, but i was wrong:)You actually improved the artwork without leaving it as unfinished...so much so that i dont think my advice will help cause it is clear that you know what your doing and should be in the advanced section... Yet again it looks great unfinished, but i guess youll be able to improve it even more go well mx:) |
