intuos2 being a more advanced tablet than graphire3

I think the skin is too red/pink. It looks like plastic. Maybe it would help if you mix other colors to it. And a soft shadow of the hair on the skin could help too.
These are only suggestions, I never tried realism and I am bad with colors.
The rest looks really good.
I'm looking forward to see it with a background.

that's the point - none of my pictures are done using a tablet because I don't own one. Which is why im'm quite proud of the cloud
