nice lines, nice colors, but i think the shading/highlights really need some work.[edit: the colors look kinda flat. they could use a lot more shadow.. looks like you just used the dodge tool a bit over your coloring. try using various colors where you only have one now for instance. and various shades of the same color, depending on what effect you want.]

i think the blur would have been more effective if only one of he characters were blurred, putting the emphasis on the other. for example, if inuyasha where blurred, not only would it make kagome more prominent, it would make him look further away.

I'm currently reading "The Sandman, King of Dreams" by Alisa Kwitney, and i saw this picture of a girl..She was really cute, young..pretty.. and everything and it talks about how this man woul dlove her forever.. and how she looked at him like she was going to say something.. Anyway..This is the girl.. They never gave her a name.. The person who owns her is Gary Amaro and Tony Harris.. It's from "Cerements"

No.. Its not death.. its just one of the characters in the book The sandman.. by alisa kwitney.. its a big book of weirdness.. She didnt have a name in the book so i called her the sandman girl because shes from that book..shes not really the she-form of the sandman.. I'mma draw him real soon.

Still looks like The Death. That tattoo under her left eye is a sure giveaway. And Neil Gaiman, the creator of the comic The Sandman has written an introduction to that book "The Sandman, King of Dreams". What is the book about, is it too a comic? Or more like a novel like the newer Sandman-books? |

naw, everything from the 2draw v1.0 lascaux large board was moved to advanced, but not everything on that board actually belongs in the advanced board. The idea is that we're all too lazy to go and move old pictures to appropriate boards.

elana, you missed version 1. the boards were organized differently. id think marcello means the old stuff is just left where it was when he reorganized it. it used to be organized by applet and now its organized by skill level. |

This, my friends, is B.M. (A differently-styled version of a character that is going in my new comic, "Discord"). Her real name is 'Black Mage' -- As in, her first name is "Black". But you know.. Too ghey for my taste. So BM as a nickname suits her fine. :) I'm drawing up her anime version soon, but this is the first of the concept art sketches.

About a week ago, I drew a picture. I was quite proud of it, but when I tried to go back in to finish it, I recieved a message that said I went over my limit of space, and I was to memo a moderator requesting more space. I did this - I sent a memo off to Marcello and never recieved a response. Today, I come on to find that image was deleted because I had failed to finish it.
