An experiment with a different style of art that I think turned out alright. What do you guys think?

I think the lines could use some more work... they look like they were quickly put together without overall thought.

Really? I like that sketchy effect they gave to the drawing. I could go back and darken them if you think it would look better.

I have a dream...i mean, idea. a game where one person makes one frame of a comic, or comic page, or what ever, and then another person comes along and creates the next frame. this goes on following some sort of a "story line" that evolves with each new frame until a end is reached, it gets old/boring, or some other game ending occurence occurs. if any one else has heard of this, good, you know what i'm talking about. so, anyone up for a game? would Mr. Marcello like to interject in his most fas...

That is some kickass shading overall, it makes the animation is really cool! I like how you did the colored outlines, I haven't yet found a way I like to do that.The only suggestion I'd make is perhaps more bangs on the hair, or maybe even changing the two you have a little, their shading seems kinda off.

Well, first pic on an Oekaki. Self portrait at that, with my online persona in the background. I'm probably going to touch this up, but it's 5 in the morning here. The sketchy style is on purpose, I can lay down color If I feel like it, but I like to give a feeling of surface in my drawings and I'm not yet good enough to do that with shading alone. That being said, Hi all.

hey this is my second drawing here on oekaki central and i think im getting the hang of this.if neone can give me advice on wat to do next time plz go ahead:)And remember im still learning.

You could add more detail to your lines, clean them up perhaps. It's easier to handle if you zoom in (because some mice like to skip pixels). After that you could try adding some simple cel or smooth shading to the whole image to give it a sense of light and depth. |

What happens is if you reload the page and resume the image, the timer resets... I've been thinking about some possible fixes, but I don't have any immediate solutions!
