Ok, I know it's still early for Valentine's Day and it's not because I'm fond of this holiday, it's just because Valentine's Day is my mom's birthday and I think she would like it. Also my birthday's in Feb. too and I like some of the colors of the holiday. It's a quickie of a rose for Valentine's Day. Any pointers or tips welcome.

The only thing that I suggest you work on is the text. You should write 'Hikaru' yourself... but write it well if you do. ^_^

Well, I think that using text is alright. Although, a better Idea might be to enlarge the font size, and enter each letter individually, so it curves with the bowl. Anyway, I like how you did the outline in a diffrent color, very nice n.n
