Took forever to come up with a design for a mascot.... thats why the over an hour duration. Finally just threw down this little guy. Still not happy the way it turned out. No references.

This little guy is adorable! He still isn't my favourite mascot, but he was well worth browsing back this far into the boards, to see! <smile> You have quite a gift for creating expressive features; my only issue with this piece is that I'd like to see the lines a bit smoother -- but apart from that, for what he is, he's great! :)

O.O...........wow. that's all I can say. I mean, I took a look at the photo and (Ok, maybe I just have really bad eyes when it comes to telling the difference between a photo and a pic, but oh well) the pic looks almost exactly like it! I envy you.

...I can't draw men... ><; bleh. So, I tried this... I used a reference, though... I dunno where it came from, 'cus I looked off of a printed picture... this is not near as good as the printed one... anyways... if you all could just help me a little bit... I would GREATLY, GREATLY, GREATLY appriciate it... >>

you got it from here. the only thing i can tell you is practice practice practice. and you dont need to submit all of that practice. but use references and tutorials if you need to. as well this might be of some help.

Ok, I lied. I guess I somehow was able to get on my grandfather's laptop and logged onto 2Draw and all of a sudden my grandmother wanted to see me draw something so I drew this. The first time my dad's ever seen me draw something even though about 45% of the pictures I draw are at his house. ^^;Yeah......and now my grandmother is raving about how fast I type. Geez, she's wierd!

I thought some people were gonna say that i already drew this, which I have, except this version is way better because when I first drew this, it was my first atempt at shading and everything...yeah. once again, ty.
