Alright, I've been having these tubes of acrylics lying in my room for about 5 months and I only used them 2 or 3 times and had a bad experience (okay, not that bad..but not as good as I hoped). I've tried to get really nicely blended areas but I find it hard. Maybe I need to find some really good paint brushes or whatever. Is there any way to dilute it to make it come out less thick? I know with oil paints you use lindseed oil...I don't think I can use that with acrylics. Anyways, I just want t...

You would think drawing yourself would be easy seeing how you look at your own face in the mirror all the time......but nope!Anyway, having a REALLY rough time with this, perhaps i didn't pick the best photo to use You can see my reference here can't really think how to properly do stubble either...for my mellon |

I did this at school. My art teacher has a tablet in her classroom. She let's me use it whenever I get my work done early. Also working on smoother lineart. I have a problem: Whenever I log on, if I click a link to go to another part of the site, it will boot me off! Example: I logged in, and wanted to send someone a memo. So when I clicked the Memos link, it requested that I log in again. It keeps doing that! I don't know why. It doesn't seem like a single computer problem. But I had to use the "Remember Login" option to stay on this long. But anyway, I hope someone can help me.

Maybe you should click on the cookie box whenever you log in? However I do not know if it is a good idea to do it on a public computer. >:)|XOD|

I'd suggest making your lineart and colors darker...makes the drawing crisper. You can always go back in a clean up the lines with the eraser2 button so you should feel free to make the lines bold and dark

Nice effect.Looks kinda like some catalogue cover.I dunno whether you'd wanna do this, but it usually makes a person much more livelier when you add reflections to the eyes.Added the reflection in her eye as per gigandas suggestion...it did liven her up a bit

The Eagles I thought the angle of the car on this would be fun, and it was. (During most of the revisions on this I had to take alot of time out for "puppy damage control", (has anyone else ever had a puppy that eats CD's? and then I'd come back and look at what I'd done while so distracted and the results were usually hilarious and I just had to re-do it, so I have no idea how long this actually took, but it's nowhere near what the clock says)
