I'm unsure if this issue has been addressed. Do you think that it is fair to congratulate, and perhaps even put a drawing into the showcase, if the artist copies an image exactly? I can imagine how wonderfully some people do copy images. It looks exact, and very sharp. But alas, it is still copied. It is almost like plagarism. There was no originality, not even changes, to some images. And while others slave away at creative drawings, with unique designs and skills, and receive little praise,...

Yeah, I am way too easy on you. Hey, if you're not doing anything (ha-ha!) and you feel like it, go ahead and dazzle me with a realistic composition with the van in it. Maybe a whole future city street scene complete with 24th century bystanders, vendors and vehicles! Yeah. That'd be cool. Yeah.

Right now I have a couple semi-major projects to finish (a cool picture request and the 2-point perspective tutorial) before I get serious about your request, but I'll put some sketches up soon and see what you think about them. Hello peeps, I just installed Illustrator CS and have been messing around with the basic pencil tool with my mouse and I haven't actually gotten around to working yet. I actually have used Illustrator before but way back in the day on a mac while it was still like version 5 or whatever. I am wondering now if Illustrator automatically picks up on pressure for things like dynamic sizes or opacity with a tablet. I know Photoshop can do this with raster work, but the stuff I am doing needs to be ...
