The way she looks, the way she walks;
That southern twang; that dirty talk
Rides Harleys, reads Vogue
She got a tattoo on her ankle, rebel flags on her toes
One shake of that hip could make a puppy dog vicious
Mmm, hmm, mmm: rebelicious

She'll take Jack over martinis,
Skinny dippin' over bikinis
That hard body, soft smile,
Could send a big man to his knees and drive them little boys wild
She likes them tiny little skirts, an' the way the preacher's boy blushes:
Mmm, mmm: rebelicious

She's a long tall, shopping-mall,
Barbie-doll trailer park queen
Mouthwaterin',
'Bout hotter than anything I've ever seen
She's an outlaw livin', ready an' willin',
Sun-tanned redneck, miss hittin'.
You got a mansion, you drive a vet
You wear a Rolex, hell, she ain't impressed
She likes deer stands, beer cans,
Baits her own hook when she fishes
Mmm, mmm, mmm, mmm: rebelicious

Aw, that's what I'm talkin' about man
Cheap sunglasses, a pick-up truck; convertible
What is that thing? a sixty-nine?
Mmm, not a tan line on anything I can see: whoa
Hey, I bet you she knows David Allen Coe

I remember when I bought you that looming kit that I found at a garage sale. I showed you how to make pot holders. You made wonderful pot holders for me, for Gramma and your Aunt. I smile thinking about you as a young boy grinning from ear to ear as you'd hand me one after another that you created with pride on that little loom. You're gonna be 21 in a week. I still use those pot holders. I'm still proud of you son..for all that you are and for all the happiness you bring to my heart. love, Mom

Marsha is a character I developed over at YouDraw. I prolly have 15 or so Marsha drawings there in black & white. I was dying to see how she liked being in color. I think she likes it and will be back with some of her stories.

I like how I started drawing at youdraw first and now that I have stumbled onto this site. It reminds me of when I saw my first Color T.V. show. After years of watching Black and White. But I think I'll be Awhile before I get the Handle of the tools here.. Say Gerbear I wonder how many from youdraw use the same name here.
gerbear (Apr 16, 2006)
hahaha davinci! well (thinking of all of my friends and family I am going to show these draws to), perhaps that is where she and I first met too!

Marlon, hi!! I jes started here recently. I am learning the programs, but only the basics so far. The YouDrawers I know here are: Sweetcell, tandrew971, gemmy, amagic, MissDj, zep and that is all I can remember for now! Try it out, it is fun.
MARLONSEPPALA (Mar 12, 2007)
Well it's been a while since I first came here and I'm wondering just what a blur Brush is
to be used for. I have tried it seems to have be a nice tool. but i don't see the effect untill
I submit the drawing. that seems strange.

Wonder Woman!
Wonder Woman!

All the world is waiting for you
and the power you possess
In your satin tights
fighting for your rights
And the old red white and blue

Wonder Woman!
Wonder Woman!

Now the world is ready for you
and the wonders you can do
Make a hawk a dove
stop a war with love
Make a liar tell the truth

Wonder Woman!
Get us out from under, Wonder Woman

All our hopes are pinned upon you
and the magic that you do
Stop a bullet cold
make the axis fold
change their minds and change the world

Wonder Woman!
Wonder Woman!

You're a wonder, Wonder Woman!

I didn't mean use a manga and anime style.
I mean use a newer Marvel or DC style, I prefer marvel.
I like the old school comic styles but the new comic styles have a much cleaner and more appealing look.
It wouldn't be much of a change for you cause their all very similar styles.
I just don't see many people using the old style anymore.

Have you seen any of the new marvel comics lately??

My favorite marvel artist team is:
Humberto Ramos - pencils
Wayne faucher - inks
They did the first few vols of The Spectacular Spider-man And Venom.
Their style is a little further away from traditional marvel style then most.

If you haven't read the House of M you really need to, It's a must for marvel fans.
And it has a good newer marvel style.
Miss_DJ (Apr 15, 2006)
this is another great one!!
Sweetcell (Apr 15, 2006)
Ah, I see now, I kinda thought you meant that but I wasn't sure, well if you notice there's a definate manga type influence in the newer forms, they've all learned how to stylize by drawing the forms in a certain way, I've looked it up and I've done things similiar on pencil, so I'll try.

Thank you Miss Donna, always appreciate it.

Started with a magazine photo of rose and had so much fun playing with the program, blew off photo and just shaded. Beginning to get kind of Georgia O'Keefe-ish towards the top. I could retitle it "Realism Gone Awry?"

I don;t think Zack was telling you NOT to crit. art ^^; I think he was defending Zep's art, I LOVE Zeps art, the reason you can tell it's his art, is because his unique style, it's not the same thing over and over again, it's always something different, just i don't know, like like buying a brand of clothes, a certain fashion designer you like alot, you buy it because you like the style, the style stays simliar, but it changes too. the style is unique.
Zack (Apr 18, 2006)
Don't be that way. I don't want people to feel too intimidated to criticize popular artists, and I applaud your courage. But my original comment was only about pointing out something I thought was very ironic, and since then it's like you've been determined to make an enemy of me.

Maybe Zep could use more diversity. I'm not asking you to like his art, and it's fine that you don't. Everyone has different tastes. The reason I gave that critique of your work is because I don't think Zep's work is any more repetitive than yours and I wanted to show why I thought so.
xiau (Apr 18, 2006)
After reading all of the above comments, I realize I need to work on making my pictures more diverse. I just took a look in my gallery and it's boring.

Anyways, getting back to the subject... Amazing picture, Zep. Lascaux seems to like you alot. I love the smooth colors and shading, and I like the way it looks like he's thinking about something. I adore your artwork :)

The battle just started Derrick, wait awhile and the Hulk WILL get bigger. The madder he gets the stronger he gets, that's why I'm taking bets now. Last chance.

Just on an aside remember, Supes got more than just his strength going for him. Keep that in mind when you go to the betting window. XD.

Thank you Do0p, diet, comd, and derrick.

Gemmy and davinci, thanks for the advoice, much appreciated.

Marcello, double thanks, sent you a memo to make sure all I have to do is just draw more on it now. I think I ran out of space because for the majority of the draw I could not get undo to work. Then I worked the problem out (the undo buffer was not set to have any space in it).
gerbear (Apr 12, 2006)
From what I understand you actually store each "drawing movement" on your hard drive. The more space you allocate to saving what you "do", the more number of "undo's" you can have. That might be totally wrong, it was just what seemed logical to me.
marcello (Apr 12, 2006)
It's totally wrong. Yep.

Oh, well not surprised it is totally wrong! *L* So what is right? I know you explain things well, I actually read the Lascaux Tutorial (I know, get a life Gerbear). So 'splain please!
