do you think that i'm ready for intermediate? i can't tell 'cause i've seen some really good stuff in beginner, but yet, i've seen really bad stuff in intermediate. don't judge my art by this pic...please. look at my other pics and then tell me. or judge me by this if you think it's intermediate stuff. PLEASE! i need to know! |

view from the curtains in my old downtown apt. first time in a long time using the lascaux...what the heck is the wand? lol..i accidently clicked it and was from then on annoyed my the moving border lol. HMMM i didnt mean to post it as finished...i want to sharpen up a few things, will gladly accept suggestions as well :o)

Hey hey, my birthday's on his forehead! xDDNo I'm kidding, I know what it means. It's just that 4/20 happens to be the day I was born. ;) Other than that, all I can say is that I LOVE this. It's oozing with awesomeness. :D

To Brushes: I hope that this does the memory of your mother, and the love you have for your children justice. I find that alot of people associate redbirds with someone who was very dear to them, usually the person who taught them to love. My grandmother loves them, and it was one of the first things we painted together when I was little.

This is really good DBA! You did exceptional work on the background. My only pick with this is the tip of the beak doesn't seem to fit being rounded like that....kinda like it belongs on a different species...you might want to try sharpening the edge more, making it more straight. Other than that everything else is awesome! :D

The moderators are fair in their judgement of pieces in order to keep the spam down here at 2draw, do not create more spam asking why your previous spam was removed. Although many of you were not around, about a year ago or so 2draw had a mascot contest. Unfortunately, basically all we got were furries and random animals that made no sense. ;-) So, on the topic of "original characters," I thought it would be cool to do this contest again, only with a slight modification. Contest Theme: Come up with some original character (cute, cool, evil, your choice) that could eventually be rebuilt into an animated flash character. This requires a certain...

And, hey, no need to feel like an idiot... the human body is probably the hardest thing to draw, and most everyone has trouble with it at some point. (Anatomy can also be for potential doctors and nurses, but those classes are generally fairly different from the classes taken by artists. O_o )
