So, I've been working on a spin-off 2draw app for iPhone/iPad. Since the existing 2draw tools don't work on mobile, I've built a new simple drawing app and bare-bones community. The app is pretty rough right now, but it's functional enough that I'm looking for a couple testers to help kick the tires. There are three requirements to apply: you've drawn here before, have an iPhone or iPad, and are willing to put up with bugs. Interested? Tell me why. Cheers, Marcello

That's cool you would say that! It used to be my dream to become a childrens book illustrator, but then mental illness kicked my ass and I stopped drawing for years, only got back into it 2 weeks ago ^^

I 100% agree with Dave and Elly, your art is excellent and very imaginative. Seeing them made me nostalgic, reminded me of the books I read as a kid.

I was sitting on my porch this morning thinking about how to draw trees and i concluded that no matter how much i tried, I would not be able to paint a tree as beautiful or realistic as an actual tree. Then i began thinking that artists aren't restricted to drawing trees exactly as they are. Artists have a special gift. They are able to morph realism into fiction and create new and beautiful things. You can draw real looking pictures of things that could never ever happen in real life.

That inspires me.

"Happy Birthday" Zack!!

A birthday card for my dog Zack. He's 7 yrs old today, and he still acts like a puppy.....he's a sweetie and I luv him so much! This is my first attempt at doing a dog face.....it's not finished yet, and it's FAR from perfect.....but I have to start somewhere.....and hopefully I'll get better at this. I need to work on his fur more, and around his mouth area.....but it's just supposed to be a simple birthday card for my dog, so I'm not gonna be too fussy about getting it to look perfect...."LOL"!! "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" ZACK! :)

Hi "Enjoy".....I can see why you all miss that Zack in the link you posted......I'm not familiar with his work.....but after seeing his gallery.....I can see why you all miss him.....his artwork is awesome. Where did he disappear to??? Also.....thank you "dorothyblueyes" for your nice comment.....I'm glad you like the pic. I think it would be great if you decided to get a german shepherd. They are wonderful dogs....great pets, great companions, great guard dogs, very loving and loyal. You can't go wrong in choosing a german shepherd....:)
