Hi, here is an idea to start a bit of an experimental subject. It's something that may reach the modern audience-- What do you dislike? anything that comes to mind. I dislike how I feel seperate from everybody else when we are on a constant pyramid of growth that organizes larger to hugel and smaller to one(ie., atoms to molecules to humans, what next?) well anyway I think i'd be happy if i found someone who would feel the same way I do appologies if this creates negative emotion...

My first attempt at a portrait. I hope I get better because Gabe is a handsome little man and this just isn't quite right.I am done with Gabe. I'm still not quite satisfied. He's such a beautiful boy in real life, and I'm afraid this picture does him no justice. But, I am finished. Maybe one day I will improve and try this picture again. = )

The perspective on this is really neat and the sunset really accents the dark fella really well, along with the blood stained sword. Good goin mate :)

A few of you might recognize this, at least after it's done, refed from a rage against the machine shirt of mine. it's a portrait of the Mexican Revolutionary, Emiliano Zapata. He once said "It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees."The face just kind of disappeared when I tried to go back to work on this, and since I didn't want to completely redo the face I submit this as finished.

i feel bad that i looked at this and thought, Oh, the dude from the rage against the machine t-shirts. (don't have one, but i've seen a few.) XP i need to read up on some history. excellent work. it looks so clean and appealing.

lol, poppa. This is pretty, skippy! The shading is nice on the pillar. And I like the little squiggly sprigs from the ivy. :D Nicely done

Yeah the ivy's purdy neat and twisty. It sort of looks like it could be a base to a bird bath.

When I lived in Southeast Texas I always heard these peck pecking away up in the trees, but when I looked up I could never find them. Very pretty colors, and my favorite part is the bark on the tree.

We've had lots of downy's and hairy's and even flickers but I haven't seen a red-headed woodpecker since childhood. I just love this picture. :) |

~lol~ This is truly a comical pic ^_^. The Hulk is accurately portrayed, and I love your shading: it isn't as visible as most people's, but that's a great effect on the overall work! I adore how you drew the creases of the pants (as well as the shading of course), and it's great that you can so visibly tell the viewers what's going on. I think the head is fatter, but besides that, I don't really see anything wrong with this picture! It's somewhat simple, but it's so good ^ ^.P.S.: Look.. the hole that reveals his left knee resembles a heart =^_^=! Of course, you -being the artist- knows that... hehe *sweatdrops*.
