His legs seem very short. In a real person his legs would be long enough that the feet would be lower than the bottom edge of the picture.

well unless they were behind something, such as the name cloud, then they would be much longer than this. However, when I look at this, I see an outline around the bottom of the legs which indicates to me that that's where the legs stop, not just that they're fading out or that they're behind the name, and yes that is about where the middle of the thighs would be.

I like the scribbly style, even with the white spots in the lines, it has a "little kid drawing" feeling, which suits a picture with a little kid in the snow. Very pretty. >:)
