Nope flubadub.....sorry to say I haven't.....but it looks like it might be fun to try it. You can buy those poles and put them up in your house, and you can have a lot of fun exercising with it. I used to work out quite a bit with weights and barbells, etc......but I never had one of those poles. It's supposed to be a good aerobic type exercise using those poles. Anyways.....you didn't answer my question flubadub.....is that the kind of bars that you like to "hang out" in?? "LOL"!! I don't hang out in bars, cause I don't drink.....:P

Bullmastiff -So I changed the bkgrd color...which I like, but of course it brought out other details I want to go back and work on now... The collar looked too blk to me too so I went down on the opac....lil better all around I think...
