i love this;great imagination;not all art has to be beautiful,that's true. flowers are great, i've just drawn them all my life,but so can a good photograph. one of the old artists who used the first photography said,"now the light itself can do my portraits!"or something like that.reality is great for training artists, and then you can go further, if you want.(I still like flowers,too.)this is great.

Love the denim jacket texture and shiny chrome side mirror =) She looks like someone I know! don't feel bad, I have a drawing I started here 3+ yrs ago and is STILL sitting in my studio....looks funny cuz I've come a long way since then! For some reason I can't delete it so there it sits....

It looks like a really close in drawing of a dime..and quite well done too

Thanks y'all =) dave, I think it looks closest to a dime when I compare it to the other profiles...I'm guessing the image was flipped because the profiles on our coins all face to the left, while this one obviously faces the right..the ref photo was shot super close and this is all you can see so I'm really not sure!

Great color and I really love the intricate details in those roots! Great accent with the reflected lights in the bkgrd too!
