So I changed the bkgrd color...which I like, but of course it brought out other details I want to go back and work on now...
The collar looked too blk to me too so I went down on the opac....lil better all around I think...

great looking dog elly :) I think, though, that maybe a different background would be better, so the dog's body doesn't blend into it so much

Beautiful doggy.

Thanks, dave&lori. My original aim, lori, was to draw him in color (which would've softened the bkgrd), and to fade the body into it. Along the way, I was really liking the pencil look I was getting so I stayed with that while still trying to fade the body into it....any suggestions for background changes??

oh.. well if it was that you wanted the dog to fade into the background, then forget it! hehe But where's his long blonde hair? :)

long blonde hair?? maybe they make doggie wigs??? But I dont think this brute would fancy it much =p LOL!!
