Theres something reeally weird about really bright beams of sunlight when the sun is setting. It's just really awkward to see something so bright when the sky is getting darker. This picture gives me a funny feeling. I like it.

the windows did not give me the feeling they were wet just really old
glass from before the 1920's kinda settals and given time the top becomes thin and the bottom gets thicker
my Nana has a 250 year old house in up state New York and many of the windows look like this

less than half the stuff on it belongs there anyway these days. but surely you realize 2draw is rampant with corruption, bribes, and power abuse. that's how benevolent dictatorships work. ;)

True. True. And god knows they're preferable to those silly attempts at democracy where everything degenerates into petty squabbles and mud-slinging. Librarian? Hmmmm. She looks more like a lovely young woman who is about to have an interesting adventure in a great illustrated storybook. I just adore the soft pastels you've used throughout...especially the colouring in her hair and sweater. Beautiful!
