This IS pretty cool.Since it's coming along so well, I think it's safe to assume quality work from this one.
Cordelia_Pink (Mar 11, 2005)
You must finish this. Reminds me of something I've seen from a movie that includes um... creatures like this one. Very interesting. Keep up the good work!

reference: http://www.helnwein.de/werke/home/home.html I was inspired to do a study from one of his paintings (oil and acrylic on canvas) after being directed to his site from a link that zep left on one of my drawings. This guy rocks my boat.
PolythenePam (Mar 9, 2005)
Helnwein...Helnwein...:O YES! I know who he is! I read a good book about him, and his paintings. It was him who did the medical pictures, right? And those images of famous people that were so dark you could only see in just the right light. This is goooood, Cindy, goooood.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Mar 9, 2005)
That's some pretty cool stuff, zep... once again. (and thanks, ya'll, it was fun and I learned alot)

cyclops (Mar 8, 2005)
whats height got to do with choking someone?
featherstone (edited Mar 8, 2005)
ya can't see the finished version... 'cause there's no animation .... but I would pull 'em back, floor 'em and pin 'em if I had to.... just messing around people... I guess extreme rated pics of a loving sort are preferred... and as I just had to tell someone else.. there are a million and one reasons why I would think of a situation like this and what I would do if I was in it.... so... chill people... I defeat bad guys in my dreams sometimes.... like one time in particular I remember being on a train or bus, and a man with a gun was trying to control everyone, telling them to shutup and get out their valuables and hand them over... when he got to me, I took the gun from him and held it to him 'til he was busted

lol@ dave...goose riderfor some reason my uncle has geese...but he dont ride his around ;)
featherstone (Mar 9, 2005)
geese have taken over my town... you cannot walk through the park without stepping in goose $hit
Aubrey (Mar 10, 2005)
They're always around here too. I think it's purdy neat of him to take his goose on a ride. Maybe it was a hurt goose he found on the side of the road or something. Coulda just been takin it to the vet so they could help it. |

you use the other side of the brain? you mean, just take a picture, and view it very objectively, minus any meaning to the picture? your brain just photographs it literally?
Teapot (Apr 19, 2015)
It results in forcing you to see more accurately what you're looking at rather than drawing a preconceived notion of what something looks like. Everyone does that unconsciously. I'm sure you can get 'Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain' by Betty Edwards from your local library. http://www.amazon.com/The-Drawing-Right-Side-Brain/dp/0874774241

weird perspectivethe clock is several hours long on this, just ignore it, please.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Mar 8, 2005)
You know what I mean, featherperson... lol.. it's pleasing, it's just not.. pretty. Thanks Zep, I had never viewed any of that artists' work, and mine certainly isn't of his skill level... it must be the blue tones. The painting I saw was totally cool... I'm a fan now.
zep (Mar 8, 2005)
ok...maybe the blue tones, and this man it´s amazing isn´t he?, take a look of his installations, i have the opportunity to see one over chicago, was simply awesome!!
featherstone (edited Mar 8, 2005)
featherperson, lol well no... men are not "pretty"... lol.... they are... hmm.... uh.... sexy! but... only if they have a brain too :D
davincipoppalag (Mar 9, 2005)
