Eh..I was bored And thinking of the Movie "Grave of Fireflies"..So I drew this!...*sniff*..Man, that movie was sad...

I've never seen that movie, but the name sounds familiar. Anyways, I think this picture is very nice and it's very peaceful in a way, but the words in the corner are distracting to me. I'd like it more I think if they were either centered on the botton and larger with a slight blur, or if they just weren't there.

Oh come on. I pretty much copied the picture, that took little thought. I'm sure you could do something amazing aside from just recreating the image. Give it a try, I wish you would.

yeah i think your right dave it does look like conan lol, well i didnt draw nipples cause i rated it everyone...and the nipple is the dirty part heheheeee...and spirit...im not worthy enough to be compared to zep...hes a master and im a peasant...thanks for the comments

Very lovely. I <3 dragonflies. ^^ It might be even better if you added a bit of white to the wings..? As they are now, they look kinda just like unfortunate black lines across the canvas.

Pencil is NOT icky... There are some really cool artists *coughcoughHakkaiandCallypsocough* that use or used the pencil tool... But if you use the pencil tool, clean the lineart, and follow BC tips, OK?

12 minutes is not a while. Three hours is a while. 12 minutes isn't really enough time for an image to stay on the boards. Now, I can't deny that this has fairly good composition; all the greens are nice, but the fact that you used ONLY shape tools, with the exception of your signature, is playing a big part in this. I was going to delete this, but another moderator already edited it. Lucky you. |

Its my firs try ever and im sorry it kinda sux but like i said 1st try. I was mainly trying to get the hang of it because i dont know how to use it yet (still) and im kinda horrible:(

That may be because all you used were the shape tool and the text tool. Next time, try actually DRAWING something, freehand.
