it's a flying fish. still incomplete. i think the water is just about done, with perhaps a little more tweaking. i took off the crappy looking scales, not sure how that's going to be done yet. |

One morning my Grandma asked me to "help" her take a huge mirror out to the "front yard". And then she "accidently" dropped it. A huge peice sliced a hole through my leg, 16 stitches.It's a sad and true story. u.u =^. .^=

This is probably just my computer, but earlier I couldn't draw on oekakibbs on the practice board...it just didn't show up. Meh to it. I don't know, it's probably my computer and not the applet, but just thought you should know since I tried a couple times and it still didn't work. Okay, that's all.

Uhm... This started out as a fun picture.... I'd appreciate if you didn't critique me on this one, obviously I know what's wrong with it. (Eyes, chin, highlighting on the arms, the whole head resting on the odd looking shoulder..) I don't feel good at all right now so I rushed on the hair and sweatbands... Comments welcome.. ><;;BTW: It's *supose* to be me. I used a reference for the black outlines in the begining then winged the rest. ><;;; Edit: I'm noticing more things. It says Hi Matt! Somewhere in there, I took a screen shot for a friend. Sorry about the background. >< And I thought I'd explain that the reason the arm looks like that is because of my sleeve, I had a dark shirt on, sorry. -is shot-

first off, i don't use a tablet. yes, this was all done with a mouse. secondly notice the time i spent on this... i think it's only an hour off... or so. the way i did this was basically going over lines again and again until the edges were smooth enough (requires alot of zooming in/out to make sure) with a soft edged brush. this could be a tutorial in the making >:)
