Thanks! :) And hey, snowflake... That's an idea! I've seen several of those cool closeup pictures of snowflakes that look beveled/faceted sheets of glass. Storing that one away for later, might have to try my hand at something closer to that one of these days... Cool :-D

Very cute! I love the freckles. Always wanted those, I'm not sure if anybody will know this, but I loved the scene in the book of Pippi Longstocking where a sign in a shop-window says: "do you want to get rid of your freckles? Buy this creme", she goes into the store and says :"No". Well I thought it was funny :D |

Dr.Snoopy gave me some advice for painting digitally, such as using music for inspiration and other helpful hints, and also asked for a "sexy" picture; so here is one! The music for this one was "Who's Your Daddy" by Benny Benassi, so it's pretty easy to understand where I'm coming from once you've heard it.

Yeah, I wanna get real good at drawing the human form; ALL of the human form. I started with faces, as you can see by previous posts. Now I'm working my way down to the rest. I wanna be an elite bastard!!

good attempt at foreshortening, the shoulders look a little narrow, did you use a reference picture? If not- would the feet be visible?

I did not request you to do that ... I gave you an example for how you can gain motivation :DAnyways good drawing. More hints: You need to work longer on an image if you want to draw realistic ;) This also helps you you to understand the difference better. I mean you will never know how to draw an eye perfect if you stop a full body painting after a few minutes. Changing the focus is also very helpful. For example make a few drawings where you just focus on posing and movement...so you only draw the rough shapes of the body(maybe also the skeleton). This way you don't have to invest so much time into it, but you learn a lot. (post them in beginners) Once in a while you should draw something where you combine all of those parts. (you can post these drawings in intermediate or advanced) |

you could work on using thinner lines, gradually making it tidier..or start a new one, you have only used 31.3 kb of the 400kb space available, so you could do lots more, have a look at some of the tutorials , and check out some of the drawing tools- blur tool, opacity, etc to get different effects... |
