I like how you have the flowing hair, but it just seems a little stiff almost. It cute though :D

have you seen the blur tool? you might get some interesting effects...

I think the shading is nice on the skin. :) And the darker brown through the hair was clever. Perhaps add some shading to the tail, as well...? I like the eyes. Practice makes perfect my friend, there's all the help *I* can offer, being a beginner myself... Keep it up! |

There was an episode of The Twilight Zone..called.. Eye of the Beholder...this looks like the way the faces looked in that.
