Another sketchy looking picture of Medli from Wind Waker. I just have a thing for drawing stuff from LoZ. Well, I did not come up with this. http://www.indiezelda.com is where I got it from. In the Wind Waker comics, I think it's either page 91 or 92, chapter 6. I know, it's not all that great, but hey, I'm working on it.

I love it when people are silly and stupid about something supposedly their favorite fandom. Plus it's Marik with a k. No c's. I prefer Malik though...pronounced the same anyways. Nice piccu though, I think you made his eyes just a tad bit too far apart. ^^;

if you convert english to japanese, l sounds are turned into r sounds. japanese has no l sound, so they are often interchanged. I don't know how they decide which to use for the english spelling though... kind of like how krillan from dbz is actually kuririn and such... nice drawing though.

on oekaki shi painter near the bottom you'll see it says layer 0, click on that and a layer manager will appear on the left :)

It looks pretty good considering this is your first intermediate post. All I suggest is not to use the blur tool for coloring, it's alright to smooth things out a bit, but is also easy to overdue. Try using more shades for light and dark/shadowing instead of the Burn and....whatever the other tool is. Also, you might want to try some layers so that you can color without the hazard of coloring over your lineart ^.^

Yea, too bad its so blurry. But don't feel bad, its easy to over use blur. Maybe you can try to give it more definition. |
