Yah I think I will go back and fix it. Mostly the coloring and the hand. I just hate asking for more space, I always seem to go over the limit.Thank you all for the advice!

Xod thinks Miss Kasie says that to Mr. Joe (in a friendly way obviously, because she calls him amazing right afterwards), but I cannot be 100% sure. |:)This is another excellent drawing, the perspective is so good and the shading looks like made with a pencil or very fine pen... I love the nonhuman face! It looks really alien, as no known animals have such an arrangement of eyes. They look so funny the way they look at different angles! Haha...the one healthy tooth is the angry one... Its quite interesting. In my work (my sculptural and physical work that's not on the computer) I have a fascination with teeth, so it was great to see another interpretation of teeth. :)

Poor thing, she must suffer for my lack of skill with porportions... and mermaids in general. Hopefully she'll look more normal when I finish. Im not sure I like the colors, but I was trying to go for something a little different. Dunno what to do with the background either. Debating weather I should go with an oddly colored sea to match the mermaid or not... X__X

the colors look nice together they are complimentary. I like the perspective. I guess the bottom of the tail is not quite "right" as far as proportions go...just did a few things. my computer is being glitchy right now so i cant make a proper revision. :O
I have too many unfinished work, so I decided to get her out of the way so I can not finish something else ^__^
The background and scenery was a little hurried, and I didnt even try on her hand. The crappiness is due to laziness! I swear!! ^^;

Er..i was going to give her an outline, but when i tried, it looked really strange....so i just left it how it is, im quite pleased with it...but everyone else will probably think different.......

Yeah, I think on the Left the eye might be a little wide, because of where her head would start to round the "corner", but I mean I didn't notice till you said something.Still a nice piece. |
