School has started for me....I'm the only underclassman in my AP Computer Science class. D; Everyone else is either a junior or a senior. And although there are girls, there are mostly guys in the class. ;_; I'm a sophomore and I haven't taken geometry yet... >_>;

Very cute :DI started school last Tuesday (8th graaaaade). I'm in Geometry this year already, though. Algebra was so much fun <3 And I think that it's good that you are in that Computer Science class. You are ahead ;D

I've always had an obsession with birds, with their ability to fly, with their hollow bones and above all, their capacity for freedom. When I was a little girl, I collected feathers in hopes that I could charm them and turn into a bird of my choice. I have the memory of flight, and I do not know where it comes from. I, earthbound creature, must be content to watch as these feathered things - all air and hollow light - soar above me on the thermals above highway twenty-one out of Jacksonville. I would think they taunt me, but birds are not cruel, they are not human, and have no capacity for such things... (I wish I could fly.) Finished now. I don't really have anything else to add. Sorry about the short timer?

I'm trying for more of my pencil work up here, it's hard to translate sometimes.Mooki - It's done now (obviously, lol), but thanks. :) Cameo - I'm not a fan of colour, I don't see it well and I don't really like working with it - I have to learn someday, I guess. – latest 4: Well to be completely honest.. this drawing is not finished but it won't load it on lascaux.. keeps telling me.. "error loading image."
Still had to do the eye, and shading in the background for sure.. :"( *shrugs* s'all good I guess.. so any good?

I don't know who this is, but he reminds me of Scar from the Lion King. Anyways, it's a good picture but I don't think it's advanced. :)

I drew it shaved so you could make out the anatomy. Personally, I think they look better with hair. This particular piece is a bit more focused on the clitoris.

I really like this! Personally, I think the "w" looks a bit like "ce," but that is minor. I really only notice it when looking for it.

This is really cool. I'm new here, and I have a question, how would one post on the 2draw ink board? I can only see beginners, intermediate, advanced and the live boards. Am I missing something???

this is very beautiful; I practiced Chinese watercolor styles( I learned out of books)as a teenager, and I loved the tools and the styles of depicting nature. I consider Asian (traditional) painting some of the finest in the world.Water alone, ocean waves, ect. are so exquisite. I miss that.( I will probably start taking figure drawing class again, i'm so out of practice. i;ve lost my eye.I need to draw from life again.computer has made me lazy,) |

Is this the right board? So, what made you start drawing, and what made you keep at it? (there's probably already been a thread on this...)
