A request by my brother Dan.

Not very good compositionally, but man this is so old. >_< I'd be glad to do a new version if you want, Dan.

brenndurdrykkur (Jul 1, 2005)
this is cool, the style is really great
fwl_forever (Jul 3, 2005)
Yeah, I am way too easy on you. Hey, if you're not doing anything (ha-ha!) and you feel like it, go ahead and dazzle me with a realistic composition with the van in it. Maybe a whole future city street scene complete with 24th century bystanders, vendors and vehicles! Yeah. That'd be cool. Yeah.
Zack (Jul 3, 2005)
Wow. You're a really optimistic guy aren't you? ;) Just kidding, sounds like a cool idea.

I'll be working on it! Right now I have a couple semi-major projects to finish (a cool picture request and the 2-point perspective tutorial) before I get serious about your request, but I'll put some sketches up soon and see what you think about them. Remember to nag me about it! It might do me good to have some deadlines or something too. Hawhip-crackahhh!

Awesome symbol! It looks really... transcending. I do not know what exactly this means, but it sounds nice and smart. <:)
Great picture, hehe! <:D

For some reason I think I saw this drawing in an Aleister Crowley book, I believe it was "777". I'm most likely wrong..but this is familiar.

mmm, I like it when people use the pixled brush. It works well for this image. Nice work so far.

Thank you.
Thanks, TCK. Still trying to work out how you get those subtle shadow effects without blurring the bejesus out of the line work. Also need to get a grip on the multi-layer effect.
TheCrimsonKing (May 20, 2005)
My eyes really enjoy looking at this. The spray and splatter of the blood is my favorite part of this piece. But all the other elements make this so appealing. Wonderful wonderful work.

Night falls and I'm alone
Skin, yeah chill me to the bone
You... turned and you ran
oh, slipped, right from my hand

Blue on Black, tears on a river
Push on a shove, it don't mean much
Joker on Jack
Match on a fire
Cold on ice
a dead man's touch
Whisper on a scream
It doesn't change a thing, won't bring you back
Blue on Black

this is very sensual....
Renuar (Jun 8, 2005)
She has a nicely formed chin. Plus, the bluish hue around her skin, along with the shiny jar and lips, makes this, look awesome. Well done.

i love the way you did the limbs. my favorite thing about this is the way you did the toes, though. i also like the non-background background. very nice!
Alex-Cooper (edited Jun 13, 2005)
I dig the feet. Say, Zep; would you happen to have any of your traditional artwork online? I really want to see what kind of work you can do when not infront of the computer.
*update: Wicked sweet, Zep. Memo me when you get your site down pat. Or just start a forum showing it off. I'm actually contemplating becoming a print maker myself. So I’m wicked interested in learning more about it.
zep (Jun 13, 2005)
