Exciting news for you Lascaux fans! A group of my classmates and I are going to work on improving Marcello's Lascaux applet for our Software Engineering class. That's right, some of the features you've dreamed of for Lascaux may actually happen! Right now we're still in a research phase for the project, so here's your chance to make your voices heard. We will not be able to make all (or even most) of the changes that could be made to improve the applet, so we want to know what features you...

Yup, I've been painting all morning :D It's really quite fun. I've been painting for years, but recently I've been using the computer for art moreso than traditional things like paint and pencils. So now I'm back for the traditional stuff. I'll still be drawing on the computer, just not as much, maybe?I'm actually terrible at painting, but it's so fun I just can't stop D: The only thing that bugs me is when I mess up there's no undo button.

I finished Death Note on Friday, so I decided to come draw Near. I was going to have Mero and L in there, too, which is why the sketch took so long, but I decided against it (otherwise known as "I failed")Oh yeah, and I stole Kimchii's (Kimkim :P) style for this one. Hope you don't mind.

OMFG THIS IS SO CUTE!!!! XD wahhh i never read deathnote.. i dunno if i want to or not XD its not really my kind of manga.. but who knows ^^;;;AWWW OF COURSE I DONT' MIND thers tons of styles like that in this world!! XD and i'm trying out different styles too! haha XD its good to try different things to see what ur most comfortable with! ^__^!

Some sort of squirrel/rabbit. Dave suggested I draw animals. I wanted this to turn out more stylish, I will try harder on the next animal I draw.

yeah, that animation was entertaining.. it's wild how you go about painting your portraits, really shows how talented you are. I kept thinking it was over, but nope! it kept going :) great work here

thanks derrick, normally i do put dimensions, but on here the screen kept going white, and coming back so i didnt. (thats why the time is so long on this too, i was having problems)

Interesting subject to draw Tiff. V2 has more of a draft feel to it but I like it all. And those pens are a favorite of mine. Really getting good at realism. Better than me. Cheers sistah.

Great work! Love the way I feel as if I am looking at a work in progress!! It's neat the way the wood grain, the shape and shadow of the folded paper, the rested pen and the design work on the paper come into play here! |
