are you putting everything UNDER the black lines? because it doesnt look like it. when you highlight something dont highlight the lines too it looks wierd. but you are getting better :)

I know, I was trying to experiment with layers, that is why. Thanks for telling me it looked weird, I will get around to fixing it sometime. :D

Hide I agree with your views on war.
War is wrong, war is bad, war is unnecessary unless made necessary by ignorance.
I just feel you and most people are extremely misinformed about this war, why it took place, and that 9/11 wasn't the soul reason we went to war. 9/11 was just the straw that broke the camels back.

Looks like Nixon to me. It's his famous "Four more years" wave. If he has jowels then you know it's Nixon.

Nixon's running mate for the 1968 election was Spiro Agnew. He resigned as V.P. in 1973 and Gerald Ford was nominated to take his place. He resigned under some pretty shady circumstances after a few accusations of tax evasion which he did not try and deny (Nixon should have learned something from him).

No, when I looked up the ref on google (which I can't find now, I've tried) it talked about this guy practicing his entire speech to an empty hall in case Nixon won.

I'm trying Oekaki again. This time, I did a portrait of one of my favorite characters in Seiken Densetsu 3 (aka. Secret of Mana 2). I can't see why this game was released everywhere, it's an EXCELLENT game.

Heyy youve got really good skill but i dont like your style that much so no offence ok but still im complimenting on your skills and ppls got different tastes right... well the reason i dont really like your style that much is because it looks too 3d fantasy game kinda thing and im not really into that kinda thing.
