Her head is to oval tall, and her arm is a diffrent color from the rest of the body, other than that it pretty good

The closed eye is waaay too low. Makes her look (please don't be offended) mutated. Just moving it up higher and more horizontal. Lower the chin line, round out the other eye and make it a little smaller maybe. And make the upper head smaller. Work a little more on the hair by smoothing out the lines. And just cleaning up the lines but using a thinner brush on a low opacity and flow. Just suggestions as you asked. Over all cute.

Just wanted to add the lips and nose is fine. Do not touch.

Another cute one, but as you look you see she's smoking, and that ain't good. As the smiles show the lower you go (nice touch) Your colors are very much like Do0p's and Punky's. Nice and bright yet neutral (does that make any sense?)

Well this is pretty. Great lineart and coloring. I noticed two things though, one, a piece of her hair is see through and you covered the hand. Hands difficult for you? They are for most people.

You have to really have guts to wear orange lipstick. Whoever came up with that color? 8|

Her eyes (specailly to the right) see assymetrical, but it's a minor quibble. The iris, hair, lips, eyebrow are *wow* factor.
