Hey, I've made this video to help people draw better / more realistic faces. Hopefuly people will find it uesful, I would say it would have something for everyone, as it starts basic and gets quite complex towards the end. This video is especial useful if you are intrested in drawing photo realistic pictures. Heres the link: Hope you find it helpful.

The face looks is really well done, I can see the resmblance, but the hair could be a tad darker I think. Good work nonetheless.
