So yeah, my tablet and I finaly got the divorce after some months of endless fighting. I am now dating a mouse, but I'm not pleased with the relationship... might find a new tablet this week!

So what was the fighting all about?Tablets are known to be good partners in a relationship. ;) Well, she decided to trace spontaneously when I was drawing. Also, it had a false contact and disconected herself constantly.

Deino often that false contact business can be remedied with the sensitivity settings...was it a Wacom? people love those..but some (one I bought for a friend, in fact) ..had that problem of writing before you even contacted the tablet surface...I have an Aiptek..I've not had huge issues with mine but some have...hard to say..but Wacom seems to be the preferred stylus/tablet...

I love how you can impose a 3d object upon flat surface like this. You know? Its like in those cheesy movies when they have latex walls and someone will press a hand or face against it so that it looks like the wall is being manipulated by a ghost ro some monster.Anyway, thats fucking cool.
