If you cleaned up the colors and lineart and fixed the bg this would be much better. It's cute, I like it, but if you work on it a bit more it would be so much more. Please do consider it.

Not hidden because I need some constructive criticism for the (semi) manly anatomy. Just don't flame the picture, and also take my styl into consideration (i.e. the arm length. I always draw long arms/legs.)

Took fleeting_memory's advice and tried to put the arm more into the foreground. :\ Man, this lineart is fun.

The right arm isn't too long, i think the left shoulder just looks a bit odd, try making the lower half of the curve "come out" more.

my own sentence confused me for a second. why don't people draw catgirls? it makes more sense than a catboy.

She doesn't always have her mouth like this :]
She's shy and usually has the expression that Roka gave her.
And her eyes aren't blue, they're white.
