Very beautiful face, I like especially how well shaded are her lips and the area between the nose and the lips, both are not easy to draw! Terrific artwork! <:D

I really like the way you did the shading on this, the complementary tones really give this a lot of depth.

wow great picture. i like the hair but the eyes draw me in the most in this picture, and it is very seductive pose. nice work

Well, first, I'm proud of this one. It combines several of my styles into one.

Secondly, enough with the shitty comments. If you comment, comment on the picture, please.

Great picture. I love the lips and her expression.
The background is different from the rest of the picture and that makes it cool XD
DinoFlorist (Aug 1, 2005)
I would say nice things about this, because there are a lot of nice things that you've done. However, when you only focus on other people's negative work (with the exception of the few people you think are too cool to critique), it makes it harder to do that. This picture could be a lot better if you made the transition from the waxy girl a little more consistant. I think you quit on it, which is easy to do. Good job on the nostril and the lips, but the bridge of the nose is weird and the eyes look like the skin is peeling off of it. Of course, it was supposed to be that way @_@! With more practice, maybe you yourself can be in that small group of people that you won't harass. There are degrees of crappiness and your standards are too high. And, there are degrees of tactfulness, and your standards are too low.

Okay....I just read all of that ^ and I am halfway confused because I think some comments have been deleted/removed. So KO I just want to tell you that I only visit 2draw to look at everyone's contributions and I comment on those that amaze me or those that I feel I can help out with my comment. I ignore and skip over all of the other mess/gossip/in the end just words that have nothing to do with art. This way I "protect" myself from becoming so upset about the latest topics taking place here. That enables me to continue visiting this site.

Now on to the more important thing, KO this is an amazing drawing! When I first saw it and that you drew it, I was soooo proud at how your skills have grown. Her nose, lips, chin, and cheeks are excellent! I like the extra bit of pink/purplish color you have added there. And the teeth add nice detail to her expression (which I also love). The outline of the eyes is not just right, and her eyebrows don’t quite fit the rest of the face. I also think that more emphasis would have been put on her expression and face if you made all of her hair black (or leave only a very few highlights) and remove the partial ear. Make the viewer wonder what is this girl looking at that is causing her to have this facial expression.

I am glad you incorporated your different style in the background. This will be one of those drawings that I think about and have to go back to look at it again. Thanks Knockoff :D

Gigandas (Jun 27, 2005)
Hehe, he's really the well-rounded Raphael eh ;)? So...do you suppose he used his special sai techniques for this one?? (HAHA.....no)
You really do an incredible job with blending; especially with skin tones, dang. More and more cool stuff by you....I love it. I'm your #1 fan :D! *lifts a foam #1 Raphael hand*

This is so neat...you're refrencing the antiquity in a modern medium...very nice. I also love the rich colors (The sky offsets the warm figure)

Anatomy-wise, the upper arm goes down to the belly button, and I think his forearm might be a bit too long. Other than that this picture is awesome. the lighting and the deep background make this look great.
sincity (Aug 2, 2005)
Great pick Miss cindy. Sorry I have been missing so many. :}
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Aug 3, 2005)
You haven't missed anything around here, Mike. I have missed way too many of yours. Thanks for the "tips" hide, and the forearm might appear too long, (my art is so totally not perfect) but it doesn't go down to the "belly button" if you are slighty bent and your arm is bent in an upwards position and you're trying to look as cool as old cow shit while zipping up a bull riding vest. Maybe his girlfriend was pissed and she starched his shirt too heavy. Who knows.

ok, ill try to get through this without sounding like some egotistical putz. this is merely a description (mainly based on myself) and a question. ever catch yourself drawing and theres a loss of thought, a loss of the external world? an example would be you drawing etc and someone is trying to talk to you, but you dont even notice till after a sec or two your brain finally catches up and it registers? if so pleas please please read on. ive noticed or at least only become aware of in th...

His eyes are cold and restless
His wounds have almost healed
And she'd give half of Texas
Just to change the way he feels
She knows his love's in Tulsa
And she knows he's gonna go
Well, it ain't no woman of flesh and blood
It's that damned old rodeo

Well, it's bulls and blood
It's dust and mud
It's the roar of a Sunday crowd
It's the white in his knuckles
The gold in the buckle
He'll win the next go 'round
It's boots and chaps
It's cowboy hats
It's spurs and latigo
It's the ropes and the reins
And the joy and the pain
And they call the thing rodeo

Simply amazing. I can only wonder how, as in, how the heck did you get the details and everything so perfect?

Well... besides the fact that the timer says 13 hours..
Pantera (Jul 26, 2005)
Now these are some cool boots, great job DBA :)
sincity (Aug 2, 2005)
Sorry I missed this , I can't say anything new That already has been said. I think we can safelt say the spurs and chaps can be reserved for the bedroom. Well that's just my opinion. :}

I have a confession to make... of all the rodeos and bull riding events I ever attended (which are too numerous to count)... although I am guilty of checking out the cowboys (HELL yeah)... I was never accused of counting the points on the rowels of their spurs. Perhaps the PBR will be happy with the number of points on these. (the spurs I own are rancher's spurs, and they have alotta points on them)

(Lol @ Mike... green light on the chaps, but the spurs?....;)
