This is pretty good for your first drawing of a dragon. It's good to see that you put time and effort into this. Some parts could have been smoother (like the tounge, scales on the neck, etc) and you could have added a teensy bit o' shading, but it's not bad, I dig the colors. :D

Personally, I think you should spend more than 10 minutes on your pictures. This isn't too bad, but you could have made it a little bit smoother and added a teensy bit o' shading. Also, dont forget that clothes have folds in them. :)
I do like the fact that it's easy to recognize that it's Raven though. :D
