this was for the theme board but i don't get it where are the themes posted plus it looks like it's been a long time
since anyone drew on the theme board i guess it's a little bit outdated ;)

Poor thing, she must suffer for my lack of skill with porportions... and mermaids in general. Hopefully she'll look more normal when I finish. Im not sure I like the colors, but I was trying to go for something a little different.
Dunno what to do with the background either. Debating weather I should go with an oddly colored sea to match the mermaid or not... X__X

the colors look nice together they are complimentary. I like the perspective. I guess the bottom of the tail is not quite "right" as far as proportions go...

I have too many unfinished work, so I decided to get her out of the way so I can not finish something else ^__^
The background and scenery was a little hurried, and I didnt even try on her hand. The crappiness is due to laziness! I swear!! ^^;
