i wish i could have a day like this ^__^;

EDIT: my aunt saw this when it was partially colored, and had a burst of inspiration. heres the poem she wrote:

in focus

some people can't see what we see
some will never have the lens to look past skin and see the prettiness of your smile or how it
feels right now when we're holding close and tight.
they'll never understand that love is colorblind and God is love, because their camera still
holds the kind of film that's either in black or white.
but let us remain in focus, ok? and always communicate...meaning staying hazy free.
let life's photos of our love be evidence...us always positioned together...snap..
picture perfect baby that's you and me.

i'm glad my art could inspire hers ^__^

cooool, i like the blue hair, i think you need to get used to layers :) and maybe get used to the table period, i mean you are probobly gunna rock this site in about 2 weeks from now, just practicee in a okaki, DL it and start drawing stuff on your computer, just remember that if you get the painter it doesnt mean you have to post it somewhere, just practice

She's pretty...is she a saint? The bg makes this look like one of those religious icons. The face looks a tad flat to me..no cheekbones (I can not draw faces..but I can see them...) I would like to see this with a little more definition of the features.... and maybe a bit more shadow under the chin..it seems to melt into the neck.. (God..what a pain these old guys are....)

I'm not a big fan of "AnnieMae" but this looks pretty well drawn.. the colors are nice.. the ear bothers me some.. it doesn't appear to be connected really..its like shes just in front of one...
