It needs a bit of work, but, looks okay in my opinion. This is a gallion, another petpet from neopets (told'ja i was corny). I drew this over memorial weekend (looks so much better on paper) and decided to draw it on here. I'll continue this later...

The eyes are fine and the background color is better. I think the problem with the eyes are you put the pupils on the inside so he looks crosseyed. The pupils should be more in the center, but it's alright I wouldn't touch this, it came out good. You'll know what to do and not to do next time and improve. And the horn looks better too. Bonza girlfriend.
