You're drawing the eyes too high, make sure to leave space for the forehead. I'll admit this is better than your previous submissions, but you should try practicing the face, and try drawing a full-body shot.

Not to sound mean, but I decided to help you out with some critique:

Based on the way the face is pointing to, the mouth would look better on the other side of the face ( that's a mouth, right? =__=;). The eyes are too high and spaced out, and the neck is too thick. D:

~ the head's a bit too flat on top, give her more of a skull =)
~you could have hair covering one side of the face, just draw the eyes under neath, to show they're there for practice *it's what I do, and it looks..weird... ._.;;;;;;;*
~ sketchy Back ground! I hate my backgrounds, i hate backgrounds in general! @_@;;; so work on backgrounds AFTER you get used to drawin people and stuff <3
~shadings a bit dull, add som pizazzzzzz <3<3<3
