I think that this picture is toooo blury

This picture is too blurry to fully appreciate it, maybe you should sharpen it up a bit so the details are more noticeable. The speech bubble looks kind of like an amorphic blob, instead of a bubble, you could make a line from her head to the smilie, and that is enough to imply that that is what she's saying.
