Cool drawing, he looks like me, big eyes as if he's also on a sugar-rush (just ate some selfmade honey-caramels)

I do the same fleet :D. Hiding from everybody I'm such a big pig. Each year we get a choccy bunny from work that is 20 inches. A LOT of bunny to devour.
MissA_sketches (Mar 18, 2008)
Wonderful draw! Very cute expression!

I'm a candy picker myself if they have them......eyes first, (ewwww....eyeless bunny!), then the candied flower! Yum! If not, then I'm an ears gal.....lol.
STARZSHINE (Mar 19, 2008)
OMG, lol, love this jp, you caught the candy eyes perfectly, lol, boy what childhood memories this evokes, lol, of course we always ate the ears off first! too cute, I am not even sure I have seen these hollow candy bunnies anywhere anymore, now most of the rabbits are covered in foil, what a shame though cause the easter baskets we had as children were so much more festive. again amazing work dahling! I used to love the sugar eggs that were a panorama, again, I don't think they make 'em anymore, too cost and labor intensive for this commercialism nowa days.
Xina54 (Mar 22, 2008)
ahh there you are! I heard you were over here. I'm afraid I couldn't take another bite - just stuffed a whole chocolate egg! He sure looks surprised to find himself earless . . .

My first try here. It may take awhile before I get the knack of the tools here but I still sorta' like this draw anyway.

Hi, MissA! ... a lovely fleur. Smells good, too ;)
STARZSHINE (Mar 20, 2008)
What a lovely rose so soft and lilac in color, was my fav when I was a little girl, always wanted my bedroom in those colors. Very pretty!
Mb101097 (Mar 27, 2008)

This is my first time using the Okshi program. It is hard to get used to from the other one but I think I did an ok painting. Please feel free to comment. Right now I see I need to fix the spout a little.

STARZSHINE (Mar 19, 2008)

Xina54 (Mar 22, 2008)
The teapot is definitley in front of the lovely blue vase - did I tell you blue is my favourite colour? and the forget-me-nots really 'pop'

Lots going on here. the atmosphere is so intense. Have you ever seen a double rainbow? My daughter was playing ball one evening and a storm came on veryquickly. The field was so pituresque with a steep hill behind home plate and a lake in the background. After the storm went through, right over the field there was a double rainbow....it looke so surreal. I like this gel.
Meno (Mar 16, 2008)
Like your use of light here, gel-o :)
STARZSHINE (Mar 19, 2008)
very pretty gel-o!
FuzzyWuzzy (Mar 21, 2008)
I like the misty colors on the hillside in the background, well done, and the reflection on the water, very pretty, you captured the calm after the storm well.

Gel, this is so soft and subtle. I can remember plenty of times when we lived on the lake and the calmness of the water is so soothing. Lovely drawing.
Meno (Mar 16, 2008)
Shimmery, glimmery .... soft and lovely.
STARZSHINE (Mar 19, 2008)
now that is where I want to be, in a hammock between two palms sipping my mai-tai, with a little umbrella and a straw in it, with the hammock swaying in some warm breezes blowing gently off the water...mmmm relaxation! boy do I need that! very pretty pic gel-o
Xina54 (Mar 22, 2008)
Hi gel-o. Lovely, beautiful blues - but the whole drawing seems a little blurred - as if the focus is too soft . . .

Yes I used an image from the movie out this weekend after all he is a legend, hope I'm not in trouble for posting something like this, I just wanted to try him. I did him on another site, worked for 4 hours, went to post, and POOF, he was gone, system couldn't handle that much I guess. I'm up for spankings if need be, just tell me I've done wrong and I'll remove, or whatever the consequences are.

Loved it here, loved it there, loved it, loved it, EVERYWHERE! (Was that "Seussian" enough?) ;D
STARZSHINE (Mar 19, 2008)
awwwhhh fuzzy, back at your characters which you do so well, very cute, I want to take my g-kids to see this, I hope it stays true to the book, sometimes hollywood ruins the simplicity of the childrens stories, beautiful work as always fuzzy! :D
Kamll (Mar 19, 2008)
The shading is smoother and more refined on this version. but... I think I may like the Sketchfu one better : /

STARZSHINE (Mar 19, 2008)
so delicate and beautiful, just a blush on the petals, nice work Laura.
Xina54 (Mar 22, 2008)
this is just lovely but I wonder if the petal (bottom left) should be a bit sharper if its in the foreground . . .

Incredible work! It's so shiny too. I'm jealous 'cause I still can't do metallic objects. Way to go!

jpjp1052 (Mar 15, 2008)
I see you're finally getting some time to draw. Very nice picture.
QTgillie (Mar 15, 2008)
Fuzzy, I can grow them, why cant you? They do quite well here as a matter of fact. Just need to put them on the correct side of the house. The one I had in Willmar faced West and it thrived. Good old miricle Grow is my green thumb!

Sorry gel.....this is very lovely. So glad you have found somr drawing time....good for the soul.
STARZSHINE (Mar 19, 2008)
ooooo one of my fav flower vines, I have several, love them, mine bloom all summer, I have the deep violets and one that is similar to your pic, I would love to get some white ones and I saw a few scarlet ones I would love to have. I just need a taller trellis for mine, I have had them for about 5 years now and they are huge they have outgrown their trellises. :( this year, maybe they will get a new one! very nice work!

These ballerinas have been great fun to do....I think I will move on to another subject for a bit now. Please enjoy them.
KathyH (Mar 17, 2008)
I have enjoyed looking at them, you can stay with ballerinas if you'd like, they are so lovely! But, now I'm curious to see what your next subject will be, you are so talented!
Cameo (Mar 17, 2008)
