I don't think it's any big deal using the fill tool, it does make things faster sometimes, and you can put a layer underneath what you filled to fill in any white spots quickly

Oh my! Just realised she hasnt got eyebrows. She will have a lot of smiling, laughing, happy girl friends but right now I gotta have dinner!I should rename it bff.

I love this, even if I do say so myself. It´s ok if you don't but it's the best I've ever done. I hate the hair but I love love the nose. This was done with a mouse (don't link me to the car pic drawn with a mouse) and I'm 11 years old so take that into consideration when you comment. Anyways, hope you like it cos I do hehe :)

I cannot beleive this pic took less than my last one, in my opininon it looks better, esp. the hair. She looks like a flight attendant with a very deceiving but cute smile. As I said with the other pic Im 11 and I used a mouse so take that in consideration when you comment and blah blah =)

It is a baby chimp. I know there are a few things wrong with it like white spaces (I remembered I should´ve put a background first when it was already too late) but in general I think it´s pretty cute. Do you? It´s not finished yet. oops forgot to put it as finished before.

Well damn me CV, that needs to go on the wiki. Is there an Oekaki wiki? I know there's one for Scow but I never saw one for Shi. Hope you follow her tutorial Melissa, you'll find it'll make your pictures smoother and make it easier.

awww!!! its so cute!!! I just want to hug him forever!!!I just wanna finish, it, I done some sort of background and I dont really know what it is. Please dont be too harsh if you comment cos I just needed to finish it. Also I really dont know what is the blue thing behind it. I kinda think it makes him look like he is a colourful design on a bar of soap :P

To Wraith: If you use shi-painter, there's an option that lets you chose textured brushes, like the checkerboard one MelissaMissy used. I can't remember where you find it though, sorry. :(

On shi-painter go to the colour, click it and change it to textures. Pick the texture you want and colour. I did mine with water paint brush (or whatever you call it) so the colour is light. Anyway thank you very much guys, I will change it to 4 fingers later on when I´m not busy. Keep commenting.

We've been learnign proportions at school so I htought I'd practice. It's SO much easier using pencil and paper!I hate the nose and the hair is a mess, I was hoping it'd look braided. I made her face a bit grey becuase she looked so pale. I like my background though. Please help me! Tell me what I can do to make it better...but dont be too harsh (I havent drawn here for months) and dont leave out the good things! But DO tell me how to make it better, please, or just comment on it. Thanks! Melissa!

This looks pretty good! Maybe with some shadow, it would have looked way better. Great draw!

Try not use just use lines for the hair.. and try layers.. if you already haven't.. otherwise nice picture. :)
