Wow thanks everyone!! I really wasn't expecting to win the first place, the other entries were great! I like participating in these contests mostly because I have the chance to draw different stuff than what I would usually do. Im going to a portrait painting course today and its been like over six months since i drew anything and almost 3 years since i painted anything with oils.. so i came back here to brush up on my skills :P

Wow, this is an amazing drawing. She has one hell of a body that is for sure!!! Love everything about this, especially the tilt of the pelvis as Teapot mentioned. Enjoy your class!! I'm sure you will amaze everyone in your class.

Thanks very much!..Elly, I do understand, completely! I think it may be a comprised of soft plastic, cloth and maybe a vacuum underneath pulling all the air out of it. That's what I see...lol. I just know I had a GREAT time creating it! ♥

If you can't finish it, you should leave it, I think it looks great like that. Those soft blends near the horizon line do suggest that there's a fire, or mist in a sunset
