Gah. Listening to Rammstein makes me think of muh boyfriend (his fave band D: ). And thinking of him makes me giggle. XDAnyway, doodled this with an optical mouse. Myn tablet's broken >_> What a way to spend time in web design class, ya? Oh, yes. I'm not a hardcore fan of Rammstein or anything, I only have... 9 songs on ma iPod, so chances are, if you're gunna ask me "OMG HAV U HERD ________?" I won't have. |

Ugh. I did a bad job on the inking, and I hope it qualifies. First person to ask may color. =D I kept the original sketch on Layer 0 so you can reink if you want. Do whatever you wish to it, really, just keep to the original idea, mmkays?

Check this out. :3 First person to ask gets the spot. This'll be a two person collab. You are responisble for drawing, inking and coloring your character or an official character (like Naruto or Goku. I dunno) you can add text to simulate a convo if you wish :3 I won't be on for a day or so, so if anything, keep up on your part, I'll keep up on mine ;D

The texture of that dress is really cool. Looks like one of the ones that is supposed to be really really creased. Nice skin tones too. :)

The way you've used your colour palette in this drawing is excellent, especially in your shadows. Beautiful! The girl; her face, neck, arms and parts of the hand are shaded to give the impression of dimension. That gets lost as the eye moves to the dress...the picture takes on a flat look where the fabric of the dress meets the background. I think a more detailed edge and shading/highlighting on the fabric would integrate it into the dimensional feeling you've gotten at the top of the picture. The hand needs to 'sink into' the fabric of the dress a little so that it looks connected to the body. You've put a lot of work into this and it shows. A little bit more and it will dance right into 'Wow!'. Patience, without reason, is a stupid waste of time. Patience applied with intelligent forethought can mean the difference between mediocrity and excellence. Sometimes. Sweeping generalizations are overrated. |

I dun recommend you use PaintBBS, it's a little weird, and I'm not too familiar with it. Shi Painter and Lascaux are the way to go. =D |
